SHOPPING INFORMATION
Free shipping eligible products will be stated on the product page or at the checkout.
Delivery charges will be applied automatically based on your order amount or minimum quantity values which will be stated on individual products where appropriate.
On all stocked items, your products will be dispatched the same day or next working day and we aim to deliver all of our products within a 24-48 hour timescale.
The items that require a longer delivery time will be stated as such on the product page.
Once your items have been paid for, we pick, pack and dispatch your order using the most efficient and safe courier companies.
A full VAT invoice will be provided with every order. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Card payments can take upto 24 hours to clear your account.
Bank transfers will be instant unless otherwise arranged.
