What happens after I place an order?

Once your order has been placed we will send an order confirmation to you via email. Then we will pack and ship your order using our reliable delivery service.

If you have chosen to click & collect, you can pop in to our store and collect your order in as little as 1 hour. Keep an eye out for an email letting you know when your order is ready to collect.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

A full VAT invoice is provided for every order. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer a great range of payment options online, including:

Apple Pay

Please contact us if you’d like to pay by bank transfer.

When is my payment processed?

Card payments can take up to 24 hours to process.

Bank transfers will usually be instant unless arranged otherwise.

Other payment methods may vary. Please visit your provider’s site for more details.

I found cheaper elsewhere, can you match it?

In the unlikely event that you find cheaper elsewhere, send the information over in an email and we will be happy to match it!

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us within two hours of placing your order. If your order has been dispatched, redelivery charges (back to our premises) may apply.

Can I order tile samples?

To make sure you’ll be completely happy with your purchase, you can order up to four different tile samples, completely free of charge.

These are delivered within three working days and you won’t need to enter card details at any stage.

As an added bonus, if you sign up for our newsletter you receive 10% off your first order over £100!

Do you offer large quantity discounts?

We may be able to offer volume discounts on very large orders. Please contact us for further information.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will be applied automatically based on your order amount and any minimum quantity values which will be stated on individual products where appropriate. For more information please visit our delivery page.

Can I get free delivery?

Orders over £500 qualify for free delivery! This will automatically be applied to your order and is available to Local and Zone 1 + 2 postcodes. Please see our delivery page for more information.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver to anywhere on the UK mainland. See our delivery page for details.

How will you deliver my order?

The majority of our orders are delivered on wooden pallets by a dedicated delivery partner.

Smaller orders that weigh under 18kg may be delivered by a parcel courier.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch your order on the same day or next working day. All deliveries will be made Monday – Friday from 09:00 – 17:00 excluding public and bank holidays.

Next Day Delivery – within 1 working day up to 17:30
Standard Delivery – within 2-3 working days up to 17:30

You will be informed of your delivery date and if there are any delays.

Where is my order?

Our deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm. We ask the drivers to call you an hour ahead so you can be ready to receive them.

What is your returns policy?

What should I do if my order is damaged?

Although we dispatch our orders in pristine condition, damage can sometimes occur in transit.

If your order is damaged, please take photos of the damages, sign the delivery note as “Damaged” and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

What should I do if something is missing from my order?

If you think something if missing from your order, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve these issues within 48 hours.

Please note that if your order contains different items, these may be delivered separately.

Can I return part of my order?

Unfortunately we can only accept returns of your full order.

How long will my refund take?

We’ll refund you immediately once we receive and check your returned order. It may take up to ten working days to receive your refund.
